SIGNING IN

Signing in is required when you make a purchase on MidgettGray.com. When signing in you are providing information to set up a private account. Once your account has been set up you may have access to it at any time by providing your email address and password that you have created. You will be the only one with access to the information you provided. To Sign in, simply click on Sign In and follow the instructions provided. If you are ready to check out but haven’t Signed In, at checkout you will be prompted to either Create A New Account or Sign In as a returning customer. Signing In can also allow you to retrieve your password if it has been forgotten. Click on forgot your login and enter the email address you used when you registered. MidgettGray.com will e-mail you a new password that you may change once you have logged back in successfully.

MY ACCOUNT

Once you have Signed In and your account has been established you have the option of making changes to your account. Simply click on My Account and edit profile information such as email address, billing/shipping, password, etc. My Account will also allow you to view your order history.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1PM Eastern Time will begin processing that day with the exception of holidays and will ship within 72 hours. Orders placed after 1PM Eastern Time will begin processing the next business day and ship within 72 hours. If an order is placed on a Friday after 1PM Eastern Time it will not begin processing until the following Monday and ship within 72 hours.

Should you receive an error that MidgettGray.com can not calculate shipping charges, please verify that the address meets specifications listed below or contact info@midgettgray.com for further assistance.

MidgettGray.com will ship via the USPS therefore we do not deliver to APO/FPO addresses. USPS Priority Shipping is offered on all U.S. orders in the 48 contiguous states. MidgettGray.com also offers USPS 2nd Day Express Delivery for a guaranteed arrival time. However, at this time we do not offer Next Day Delivery, Overnight Delivery or Saturday Delivery. International shipping is also unavailable at this time.  We apologize if this is an inconvenience. If for some reason you refuse a shipment from MidgettGray.com you will be responsible for any shipping or tax charges the package may bear on both original and return shipments, as well as the cost of returning the package to MidgettGray.com. Please note: Shipping and Handling charges are NON- REFUNDABLE.

We are unable to ship to any address other than the billing address provided on the order. Please be advised you will be contacted if a ship to address does not match a billing address. If you are unreachable, your order will be canceled and refunded within 7 days. Additional shipping charges may apply for oversized or heavier weight items. Please go by the shopping cart for the most accurate figure.

 CONFIRMING AN ORDER

Once an order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. You will also receive an e-mail when the item has been shipped. This e-mail will include the delivery confirmation number. Please note that the delivery confirmation number is NOT A TRACKING NUMBER.  It only confirms the delivery of the package.

CANCELING OR MODIFYING ORDERS

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we are unable to make ANY CHANGES. THIS INCLUDES CANCELING THE ORDER OR MODIFYING THE PRICE OF THE ORDER. PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED MERCHANDISE WILL NOT BE ADJUSTED FOR FUTURE STORE SALES. On occasion we do offer sales on merchandise only for a limited time. We encourage our customers to sign up for email updates to be notified of these sales. We will not be able to credit a previous order in order to match a future sale price.  SALE PRICES WILL ONLY BE APPLIED TO PURCHASES MADE DURING THE TIME FRAME OF THE SPECIFIC SALE.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and/or Exchanges on merchandise will not be accepted after 15 days of receiving the items. When returning merchandise please be aware that you will not receive a refund if all original tags are not attached. Items cannot have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Footwear being returned or exchanged must be in their original boxes without postal labels. Damaged boxes may result in a fee. Make sure to complete the Return/Exchange Form sent with your original order and include it with your return package.

Also be aware that we cannot be responsible for any packages we do not ship ourselves. MidgettGray.com recommends you return packages using an insured service. This will be your recourse on your package. Once MidgettGray.com receives the package and confirms the package meets the requirements listed above, your refund will be processed. Refunds will be credited back to the credit card initially used for payment within five business days. Please consider that your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once MidgettGray.com has provided them with the information.

At this time MidgettGray.com only processes Returns. NO EXCHANGES will be accepted. Please Note: If you would like to exchange your item we request you return the item, per requirements listed, and process a new purchase on-line at MidgettGray.com.

ITEM AVAILABILITY

MidgettGray.com makes every effort to keep inventory updated. On occasion we do sell out of items. In the event an item you have ordered is out of stock, you will be notified via e-mail. Your shipping confirmation and order total at the time of shipping will reflect the changes. And you will be issued a refund.
